285 fun

Here's a Firefox plugin that will let you resize images however you want: http://imagezoom.yellowgorilla.net/

Here are the basic hotkeys; these work while your cursor is hovering over the image you want to interact with:
Right Click + Left Click = automatically fit the image to your screen.
Right Click + Center Click = restore the image to its normal size.
Right Click + Scroll = Zoom the image in and out incrementally.

These hotkeys are fully customizable, of course. :D

Thanks for the addon link Unknown, it has proven to be very useful early out the gate.

Keep in mind folks that not everyone is running three 30" screens. ;)

Holy huge pictures batman!

But nice system. Im interested in the clocks as well.

Tri-SLI 285 nice!!!

If you're going to use imageshack.us, why not check the RESIZE IMAGE checkbox ? You don't just plop 5 megapixel images on the web, can't imagine how long it takes to upload that shit in the first place. These images are bigger than a 30" resolution lmao...

Ya sorry about the pics. I used the "optimize" setting rather than resize. IT was late and i was tired.

Or you can use the built-in zoom functionality in Firefox 3 by pressing CTRL+ - to shrink images and text and CTRL+0 to reset.

I use this in lieu of Vista not having a resize powertoy.

Awesome!

Better for text (for my use), but I prefer the ctrl+mouse wheel and besides it affects all items on the page, the plugin is just for pics.
