Firefox Scrolling

Yah, I have mine set to 9 with smooth scrolling enabled, it "feels" like IE now which has probably the best default scrolling of any browser, but FF3 has been my primary one since the last alpha.
 
Have you tried this FireFox extension? Smooth Wheel. It has some advanced scrolling options you might find useful.
