Haha, I'm not allowed to do anything to my walls... I can't hang anything to them or attach anything for some reason...
 
They do make a kind of sticky paste that can be used to hang posters. It comes off easily and leaves no residue. You could try to convince your parents to do that. (I'm assuming)
 
Got my AVAdirect computer a couple of months ago. Loving every minute! Build quality is great and everything has been working flawlessly. Changed to some quieter fans, Lian Li stock are pretty loud and don't push enough air.

The desk is an IKEA GALANT with A frame legs, I built upper tier from an IKEA LACK shelf as well as four CAPITA 6' coffee table legs. My desk also includes a SUMERA computer stand as well as a SIGNUM cable organizer.
 
seems like a pretty sweet desk!!! I also like to wood paneling.. gives it a cool feel.

what case is that.. i love it!

Thanks for the welcome.
That's an old MGE Viper case. It's on it's third set of innards.
It started out with a 3.6 ghz P4 with a Nvidia 7800GT video card,
then it got a Core 2 6700 with a Nvidia 7950GT, and now it has
a Q9450 and a Nvidia 9800GTX.

Is that a Freddy Krueger figure I spy on top of your case :D pretty neat... and that is a nice desk, I like the grain on it.

lol thanks... yea if I didnt't host lan parties over here (or attend others) every two weeks.... I would work on getting it somewhat neat... but as of right now I would have to do that every two weeks and I would get tired of doing that very quickly..... soo.. yeah.

UberGeek427.. there is something about your setup that i really like. Maybe its just how simple and laid back it is. You dont have an awesome desk, or anything.. and i like that.. I almost get tired of seeing all these perfect setups, (including mine) its nice to see a laid back looking setup!! Thanks for sharing!

I've got that case in my closet. It was way too noisy for me and it wasn't clean enought. But when I got it (with my first own computer inside) I really loved it.

Never thought I would see that case on the internet.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah, the fan noise is noticable with this case but that's ok as the white noise relaxes me. What did you mean by "not clean enough"??

Sorry I'm from Sweden so maybe I used the wrong word. But what I meant was that I don't like the snake thingy on the side and all the red lights.

the fredrik is the replacement for the jerker, some people claim it isn't as heavily built.

I'd recommend searching your local craigslist and see if you can find a jerker, I found one with 2 swing shelves, an extra desk shelf and a few basket things for less then a new frederik.

yeah I agree scour your local craigslist for one. I've seen the fredrik and it doesn't seem to be as expandable nor do I like the mounting method for the shelves and such
 
Outbreakm, Awesome job on the cable management for your rack (even though there arn't too many). I really like your idea of rack mounting the shuttle as a server, I might have to do that when I have some spare time / money.

What do you use the shuttle for? mine would be firewall / dhcp / web / server I think.
