The only reason this list is so funny is because it is true. All eleven entries are pure comedy gold but I think I like #9 and #4 the most:

rofl

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. Sure. But I don't give refunds.

They are fake but hallarious.

I wouldn't be too sure that they all are fake. The Xbox360 one could very well be true. people had listing like that for when it came out. I remember seeing a lot of "this is an empty box. you only get an empty box that my 360 came in not the console" posting. Sad thing was that people never read that and bidded $500+ on a empty box even though it said it over and over and over again that it was just an empty box. Or an box that had Xbox360 wrote on it with a marker. Or a Xbox360 box with a brick in it for weight or something like that.

Yep, it's true. And let's not forget the classic "old broken gameboy NOT PS3 NOT Xbox 360 NOT Nintendo Wii". :p

I meant more fake as in created as a joke fake, not serious or legitimate. Also, some of the screenshots are faked as you can see it's not a standard ebay template which ebay enforces.

I don't like ebay. They make money of every auction so of course they don't want to do anything that antagonizes people scamming. 99 % of all memory cards on ebay are fakes. Some crappy fake that is only 1GB even though it says 4GB on it and with transfer speeds like a snail with a broken leg (or whatever they have) and the data gets corrupted and shit. What did they say? Ship the product back to HK which would cost me a lot of money and then only get back a few dollars since most of the cost I paid was for the "shipping and handling".

Never buy stuff that's shipped from China on ebay. Had same problem with a GBA game, was a fake and my saves were deleted 70 % into the game.

They do nothing to stop this. Even though the mem card picture in the auction is displaying a card with a serial number that is confirmed fake.

I rather pay a few dollars more and buy my stuff at a real retailer. That said there are things you can buy on ebay which involves less risk of fake products, but I never buy electronics and such from there. How about a Tecknics CD player or a Sonny TV?

Where do you get your stats from? I've bought some legit memory cards and memory products on ebay without any problem.

I've bought two SD cards and two memory stick duo from ebay with no problem. Only problem I'm ever had with a memory stick is the one I bought from a b&m store. And I've bought quite a bit of items from China. Can't remember ever having a problem. In fact I've bought a ton of items off of ebay and never had a problem. I've always gotten what I thought I was buying. Never had a surprise. It's up to the buyer to ask questions and do some research. I've your getting ripped off from ebay then you have no one to blame but yourself.

Ive never had a problem with things ive bought from china. RAM, Compact-flash, USB flash drives, hard drives... Not one problem. Just dont buy an 8 gig flash drive for 20 cents, and expect it to work.

Didn't notice any, but should have had a few

Buy it now $19.95

Shipping $49 anywhere in the US.

That always bugged the hell out of me... ok technically its shipping AND handling, but yeah shipping is pricy but not that much!
