^^^^^ That is so rowdy....Most Lcds ever? (at home that is) I counted 11 and all the same brand, now thats product dedication.

Coolest setup in a while.:)

Well, they do have to match, right? :)

And to answer the other questions, they are various Dell puters, but most are notebooks in docking stations so I can swap them out with other notebooks. They do various things, everything from testing a functional domain environment, network setup/testing (that gear is under the tables), software/hardware testing, gaming, to just surfing the web, etc.

So, from left to right.

D600 (Dock), GX620 Win2k3, GX620 Win2k3, D400, XPS 720 w/ 3 FP's, XPS 1710 in Dock w/ 24" FP, D610 (Dock), D420 (Dock), and D620 ATG.

And a few others not pictured that do other things such as Media Center. Best way to learn is to setup a fully functional network.

hi junglicious what's that big mouse mat your using please? :)

The mouse pad is the Corepad XXXL. If you go back one page you can get more info on my setup because someone else asked about the pad and other things. Very nice pad and is washable (i would hope so). No more worrying if my mouse is going to go of the pad or proper mouse pad placement. Oh yea, you can get it at Newegg.

I thought my X-Trac Ripper was huge but now I think its kinda small. Thanks. :(

haha

but you couldn't possibly use them all at the same time, can you?

but you couldn't possibly use them all at the same time, can you?

Well, even though some need to run 24/7 (ie. Servers), I wouldn't say I can physically use all of them at once. ;) But it also depends on what I'm doing. I do frequently hop on quite a few at the same time. The spinning/rolling chair helps.

I could use Remote Desktop or a KVM for some of this stuff. But I prefer having dedicated workstations and displays when possible, especially when I want to work with and see lots of things at once. Then if I have friends/co-workers over to help work on a project or something, they're all up, ready to go.

Oh man.. Im getting tired of people asking me where I got my stuff. As I've said before, I live in Finland, so if you dont live here its kinda pointless to ask where I got something. :D:D
quit posting pics :p jk LOL :D

its nice having nice furniture :)

very cool setup man

This build dates from May of 2007. Whats missing in the pics is the AR200W sub, the rear wallmounted speakers and the comfortable but getting beat up 8 year old leather chair :)

The reason the tower is not in its tray is it collects too much dog hair so I decided to raise it and got a TV stand from Wall mart for the tower to sit on and to store stuff underneath. All in all this setup takes up mucho space. The desk was obviously not made to handle a monitor this size as I lost most of the CD holders behind it :)

I had to build my own Keyboard tray as the Merc was too big to handle the one the desk came with.

And how was the star wars game with your white psp? :)

I've barely played it. Still getting through Final Fantasy Tactics :)

So much grinding to do in that game.

Also yes, it is the wired version of the new Apple keyboard. I love typing on it. I was looking for something with laptop style keys and build quality and typing ease wise the apple is th ebest I've found for the money.
