I signed up for this back in December when they offered Vista Ultimate and Office as free gifts. Gave them my address, took the initial survey, and installed the program they sent me via e-mail. Been over a month now and I haven't received any other e-mails or additional surveys.

Is that normal? How many surveys have you completed? How do they notify you about new surveys?

Never got another survey. Had to reinstall XP a month or so ago so I imagine I'm not eligible anymore. Reinstalled the app, but.. eh.
 
I thought they were supposed to ship a disk out...
I never got anything further, either.

They ship the disk after 3 months of monitoring your system. I got in on the deal also and selected vista ultimate. I haven't gotten any emails, I did email them to make sure I was in the program, and they said that if I was able to choose a gift then I am in.

I haven't seen any surveys yet. Maybe most of the data is being sent via the program that was installed?
