Woo, questions. :)

The icons used in RocketDock are called "Reflections". There are dark and light versions. http://styrizo.deviantart.com/

Vent isn't actually 'skinned' but I have selected/deselected View options.
IIRC, if you right click the non-text area, under view are options like: Toolbar mode, Titlebar, Border, etc... Check/uncheck those until Vent looks that way.

:D :p

Left pidgin and the IM window there to show where those are usually located on my setup. Image links to full 1920x1200.

Theme is: this one by lassekongo83
Wallpaper is: Melancholy Stripes: Sexy Look which I edited to fit 1920x1200
Foobar is the one included with: this theme, also by lassekongo83 and edited a bit by me to include a Menu button as it seems this theme doesn't like having Ctrl+P used for preferences so I kept getting stuck with it...
I set up Rocketdock today using: these icons
umm. under my weather widget on google toolbar is the 'CD Art Display' application found: here, using the 'Scotch Mini' theme found here

That entire "Reflections" icon/PNG set is quite sexy. I'm in the middle of setting up my office computer with them as soon as I get my last bit of work done.

I got a little Christmas theme going on right now.

Gotta love it... and this is a Sony G400 19" CRT running at 1920x1200 @ 75 Hz. ;) The line at the bottom is WinAMP's bar on AutoHide. QuckLaunch double-stacked showing Large icons.

This is about as clean as it gets. Found the wallpaper someplace recently but can't remember where, it's called "Road To Anywhere" and you can get it from here:

Yah, and I've been itching to get an FW900 someday too, 24" freakin' colossus monitor that it is, but I swear, if I had the money right this second to get one from that place in NJ that still stocks them in various conditions (as mentioned in that superhuge FW900 thread in the Displays forum), I would, I really would.

Or maybe a nice 24" LCD, who knows.

I just bought 7 (yes, 7) Dell 15" LCDs yesterday at a surplus auction. The price?

$5 each... muahaha :)

Going to use them for communications displays in my "listening post" here in Vegas with a few scanners to monitor the trunking control channels and... *ahem* other stuff. :D

Not to derail the thread any more than this last post, but...

I missed out on 23 of them because I called like 2 minutes behind the first person that responded to the Craig's List ad, and of course he nabbed all of 'em that were in slightly better condition. I did leave my name and number of course.

Then the phone rang 30 mins later and it was the seller. He said the first caller had already shown up and snagged all 23, and as he was counting the cash his daughter came out of their house and said "Ok, what about the other 8 in the trunk of the car?" hehehehe

So he called me, offered me 5 for $25, then tested 2 others that had/have water damage and said I could have 'em too. I paid $25 for 7 LCDs, so technically the price was lower than $5 each - I gave him $10 for delivering them to me at my apartment. Even so...

They'll work fine for the purposes I have in mind. I already ordered one of these too:

to use with 4 of 'em. Should be interesting when I get everything all set up and working. :)
