Good news (well for me)

[this is a mass mail to: Everyone]

I have manually gone through a backup of our database from October 9th, pulled all of the ID's of scarf holders, manually updated everyones bank accounts for the 250mm spent on the item.

I also merged the purchase log from the time of the backup to the time of deletion and added those users into the list for payment. All payments have now been completed.

If you've noticed a change in your bank balance over the last few hours, this is why.

Looks like they finally listened and did a backup. Still kind of bitter about it though they were being real ass hats about the whole thing.
 
haha ya i agree manse =P but at least they did some form of reimbursement than just ignore the fact

I hate you :-p. Guess I just had an unlucky night with the random numbers generated for training.

Had the same thing happen when I trained defense with the 25% potion.

Oh well, I have much sexier stats than I used to :-D.



As far as sparkyboy is concerned, I sent a message to the AAE leader to find out if there had ever been any problems with him. If he checks out then I don't see a reason why we shouldn't accept him into the gang. We lost a couple other members over the past two days as well, bringing our total up to 7 now. Replacements are always good, and his stats seem to be good for his level.
 
Seems he has a big enough following to start his own gang. Hopefully he'd message each member weekly with a personable greeting and thanks for their contributions.

I don't know why, and I could be wrong, but I have a feeling this all has to do with the last caribbean chain giveaway.

I think Manse/GJSNeptune (what would you like to be called anyways?) should start giving out weekly cupcakes though, to show appreciation, as that sounds mighty tasty.

Lol.

As far as the chains go, i'm donating so the gang can advance (think of it as me sacrificing something, lol) I know i'm far down the chain, but i can help other people get up there they will return the favor in some way down the line.

Even if RTS had cupcakes to give away, I'd either consume them all or the staff would remove them from the game unexpectedly. Or maybe because the person who created them didn't get any appreciative feedback for them.

RTS cupcakes wouldn't actually taste like cupcakes though, and, while they were marketed to give you a slight increase in happiness, it would fail because the admins couldn't figure out how to make the cupcakes right. And, there is no satisfaction guarantee, so even if you consumed the cupcakes and they failed to provide satisfaction, there would be no way to get your money back.
 
Which brings me back to LaTech scorning me for not being patient for his response regarding his departure. He'd probably be getting the next Chain if he hadn't left, although I think he already has one.

I even apologized to him later after I read his reason, and he didn't respond. I didn't expect him to, since he told me he'd disrespect me by not replying to my messages anymore.

It was half jovial. Plus I had a bad day at work, and read that some of our good members left the gang. Then I come home and it turns into five people had left.

I don't know what you mean by my attitude reaffirming your efforts going unappreciated. We didn't personally thank you and your friends? I'm sorry if you felt you, as an individual gang member, didn't feel appreciated. I'm sure Reaper thought the mass-thanks and encouragement reached everyone as a whole. We even started giving away Chains, and have given away two already, in only what, a couple weeks? It probably wouldn't take that long to get everyone into one.

There can't be "semi-good" terms when you leave abruptly without notice. Don't preach to me about patience when you didn't practice any yourself. If you're concerned with something, why not come to me or Reaper and say, "Hey, I bust my ass for this gang and I get nothing in the way of appreciation." All we do is cater to our members. You guys are the reason I continued playing after I sold 4500 points for a stupid $128m.

Oh well. No hard feelings. If you ever want back in, you and your friends are welcome. Sorry about my hardheadedness earlier.

On a happier note, I managed to buy 750 points for an average of $220,000 a piece. It only took 40 minutes in the points market and some quick mouse work.

I was just about to post that. our gang is really moving up the rank system. I just can’t imagin all the drama we will probably face once we reach top 10

I just killed shawn. His stats are all screwed up right now causing him to do negative damage. Gained 3 levels from the hit though :-D.
