How is that Hyundai LCD TV?

(I'm assuming you've seen it in person)

Its not bad at all, for the price he (atticspace) paid its rather nice. It does cut off the edges of the image on all sides tho, thats the only bad thing I can think of. Also Hyundai claims the POS speakers are removable but between the two of us we couldn't figure it out aside from grabbing a crowbar and breaking it off...

To "pazhman" and "jag0" his 19" is rather small compared to the TV but is has a much better resolution, his TV is only 720p where is 19" can do 1440x900. I always give him crap now that I got my Dell 2407WFP, hehe. :D

Also here is my updated setup:

I've posted here before, but I updated my workstation with a few things. New input devices and the shelf I made back in Highschool that my computer now sits on.

thebeephaha, where'd you get the headset hanger thing from. I think it would help me out considering I always just throw it on the floor or some other place because I have no place to put it. Where can I get one of those.

You sure that's a good place to put your modem? It looks like it's sitting on top of the vents of the receiver...wouldn't the heat rise up into the modem?

Actually its my Comcast HDTV box, and there aren't any vents under it, that portion is solid.

I want to be able to have a bunch of icons on my desktop and then not where anything is TOO!

There should be permabans for everybody who turns these gallery threads into there own private chat, flame, and troll sessions.

This pic is very old and the case and misc parts are now used for my third rig. The only thing I still use with my main rig is the desk. A camera is not a big priority right now and I am not one to RUIN this thread with crappy uncalled for cell pics.

I know, I know, The mis matched monitors are as ugly as shit. I am trying my best to get another matching dell :D

Hardware:

Dell 20" Widescreen Monitor 1680x1050
Acer 19" Widescreen Monitor 1440x900
No Name (Insignia) 26" HDTV for my ps3, IMO, it performs well for the money.

Main Computer:

Dell E520
Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86Ghz
4GB of OCZ Gold 800Mhz Memory
x1300 Pro 256mb (Don't Do much gaming)
Logitech G15
Logitech G5

(This computer will be replaced soon)

Secondary Computer (Server):

AMD Sempron 1.8Ghz
1GB Memory
Onboard video

Leet Box:

60GB Playstation 3

All this is fed into a audio selector so I can choose what is being outputted on my 140watt Logitech speakers.

how is that external backup harddrive you have?

anyone had one fail?
I've got one like it. It's from Western Digital and has USB and firewire connectivity. Mine holds 320GB, works very well and hasn't given me any trouble in the 2+ years I've had it.

Hey that's actually a pretty smart idea for the TV screen for the PS3. Does you neck hurt or get tired from looking at the monitor?

...all you need to do now is clean up that mess of wires behind your desk. ;)

Actually, I think its at the perfect height, I just move my chair back a foot or two.

Whenever i'm not on my ps3, My HDTV serves as a iTunes song selector :) as it has a VGA input :)

LOL.

THIS?!?!?!

F DAT. It'd take me a month.

pfft...that's not that hard. You'd just need some zip ties/velcro wraps/or whatever floats your boat, a couple hours (at most) and it will look a lot better.

I've seen worse then that...the back of my entertainment center area has a TON of wires and with them all zip tied it looks much better.

I've been looking through the thread and I saw another desk I'd really be interested in finding out where its from, etc.

jag0's setup in this post was the desk I was curious about, I tried PMing but maybe jag0 didn't get it... who knows forums can be odd. But if anyone can help identify the desk in this post or if jag0 can say then I'd be very very thankful.

My bad...I'm sorry man. I figured I would get an email when I got a PM.

But to answer your question, I got the desk like 6-7 years ago from Office Depot for about $150 and all I can remember about it is that it was from the manufacturer "O'Sullivan"

The desk is great and incredibly solid for the price I paid for it.

It's the nVidia logo...that's my old machine though. It's a silver/chrome decal on the window.
