It is a digital cable, so unless it is f*ed up in some way it should work as well as any other digital cable.

Pass on the MIR though, thanks, though.

You can get an HDMI cable from monoprice for $4.79+shipping w/o having to deal with the MIR... heh, I think I'd rather just pay for it and not have to deal with possibly not getting the MIR back, then getting mad and having to deal with it more.
