CS:S overriding mice settings

Hi, I use a logitech g5, and whenever I try to play Counterstrike Source, the sensitivity settings I use get overridden and it goes back to the default settings of 2000, 1x00, 800.

This is really annoying, and doesn't happen in any other game. Help please
 
Out of curiosity so I can personally pick up some more info from this topic, are you refering to the on the fly sensitivity (dpi) toggles on the mouse? I wasn't aware you could customize the resolution for each sensitivity stepping. Don't have anything to contribute, though. Sorry.

Yes I am, you can customise them in the Setpoint programme
