I recently reinstalled windows on a new raptor and I have my old 250gb drive for media files. I hooked it up to the 2nd Sata input and it shows in my bios. However, It doesn't show up in windows. How do I make window recognize the harddrive?

Administrive Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management

If it is already formatted, just assign it a letter, if it is not formatted, format it and assign it a drive letter.

^ good post. if that doesn't work, you may need software. for example, for windows to see my enitre second drive, i had to install the sotware that came with the drive.

Worked great thanks. I actually had to switch to classic view in my control panel to even see the Administrative Tools. Now I have to figure out how to configure Itunes to use the new drive to download songs to.
