For that price, you could look at NUC style device with a case, PSU...

While I like Pis, they don't make a lot of sense at their current inflated prices, unless you absolutely need GPIO
Would rather use USFF PCs like Dell OptiPlex Micros - cheap, still fairly small, and way more powerful and expandable than a Pi
