SOUTH PARK: SNOW DAY!

Interesting.. always looking for more co-op games for the fam. The previous two games were pretty meh for me, but my daughter enjoyed them so maybe we'll play this together if they pull it off alright.
 
Really enjoyed Stick of Truth and its sequel. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for the one.
 
I should try these out... I never played any of the south park games somehow!

oh, this "T" is for "tactical", just realized trpg is also used for "table-top". theyre the ones were during fights you have to move you character into position on a grid like shadowrun, final fantasy tactics or shining force. each character class has a certain pattern and distance they can attack from, adding "tactics" or strategy. no prob!

Hah, yeah I'd play this with a friend sometimes on N64 and will always remember the dancing gun cuz we would spam the shit out of it at each other and would hear this song on repeat for at least 10 mins, lol.

I completely forgot about this game. Definitely makes me feel old. Was a blast to play with friends though

I recall the day it came out on Nintendo 64. I got off work, stopped by the Toy’s R Us a few blocks from my place on Lydia in Vegas and they had one paper slip left in its slot. I took it and did some kind of small celebration (a fist pump with a mild cheer perhaps) and this little kid in the isle started bawling. His mother came up to me shaking her fist in my face and said “you son of a bitch, you took the last copy! I was going to get that for my son!” I told her “it’s rated mature, the show is not for little kids, they swear a lot.” And she said “All the fucking kids swear these days!”

I was a little shocked. I mean this was way back in like nineteen hundred and ninety eight.
 
I really liked the last two, but this seems to be a different style of game. The last couple seasons of the show haven't quite done it for me, either. It'll be a "wait and see" for me.

all three are different styles. you mean "the specials"?! ;)
 
Reviews are pretty abysmal. Not too shocking based on what was shown in those videos.

"Professional" reviewers say the game lacks content, gameplay depth, and the typical South Park humor. User reviews seem to agree on the lack of content and questionable replayability, at least. People are saying the game can be beaten solo in around 5 hours. For $30, I don't necessarily see an issue with that, but they have at least 6 DLC packs planned.

NONE of those site are reputable any more. try it yourself or wait for someone here to chime in. oh and fuck "game journos"!
