memoria DDR4 3600 a 4000

I have doubts to buy memory DDR4 128GB 3600 mhz or 4000 mhz for my work only editing the video and 3D animations and I do not think about the game. What is 3200, 3600 and 4000 advisable for me?

I have Asus extreme IV encore board and core i9 10980xe
