Remember the group that stole $55 million by hacking credit and debit card processing companies a couple years ago? Well, it looks like the ringleader has plead guilty and is facing almost 58 years in jail.

Earlier today, Ercan Findikoglu, a Turkish citizen also known by the online nicknames “Segate,” “Predator,” and “Oreon,” pleaded guilty to computer intrusion conspiracy, access device fraud conspiracy, and effecting transactions with unauthorized access devices for his leadership role in organizing and carrying out three cyberattacks between 2011 and 2013 that inflicted more than $55 million in losses in a matter of hours on the global financial system.

I think 58 years is a little excessive. should be 10-20 at most. Stealing 55 million isn't that much when you look at the fraud on wallstreet that goes unpunished.

This guy should have stolen billions. He'd have got a bonus.
