Is this normal? (Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT Nitro)

Hi

Got my 7800 XT Nitro today & noticed something off about the fins. They seem rough, one fin was slightly crooked (corrected it manually).

Is this normal? Card is brand new sealed. No damage to the box.

I would. I swear Sapphire drops the heatsinks during assembly. This has happened to me on a 5700 XT Nitro and it was so bent out of shape that I just opened it and submitted an RMA immediately.
 
Replaced the card and in my sleep deprived state, I booted it without connecting the PCI cables

Could I have damaged the card? I know modern cards are fool proof, but still....
