I think people stress out too much about benchmarks to be honest.

Too much about FPS ( a really perfect 30 fps is not that bad at all for some camera speed, movie-tv is often 24 after all), perfect 48 you have high FPS Imax of the 90s or the Hobbit. Because we usually get far from perfect version of those we need a lot of room.
