FAQ / Howto for Server 2000 & 2003?

im pretty new to server based applications but im running into them in the field fairly often now.

is there any sites out there that offer good information for a newbie like me on the workings and setup of the Microsoft Server product line?

things like domains and how to properly set them up & maintain / troubleshoot them still kinda escapes me
 
For general information go buy a nice MCSE or pocket administrators pocket consultant. Sybex has alot of good books and Microsoft writes the pocket consultant. If you have funky issues use www.microsoft.com's knowledge base of check out Microsoft technet.
