Dual Processors in Winxp

This may be kinda a silly question. But I was curious if you can run Dual Processors in just Windows XP Professional. Easy enough isnt it? Does it take full advantage of dual processors?

Sure does.

XP will - but the other programs you use might not (use both that is) - but if you use alot of programs at once - it does help as XP will allocate the CPU usage to each cpu
