Don't have Microcenter near me. Looking to use an old case, psu. Used is ok too, I looked on ebay but didn't see much.
My budget is <$300. Is it possible to get a modern cpu/chipset with that. e.g. Intrel 12th gen, maybe b660/670? AMD is also fine. I won't be adding a gpu, iGpu is fine.
