Grabbed a couple of 14900KF,tested a few BIOS on 14900KF and I just found this weird.I thought it was clock stretching on the 14900KF but maybe IPC there is just no improvement or I have no clue of what is going on or the tools are just different versions.

Seems pointless to buy these CPU's but yet like a nut I did.

CPU-z Single Thread 996.4 vs 996.8
Cin23 Single Thread 2397 vs 2438

HWinfo64 Cinebench run if anyone interested

Well many reviews mentioned that there is absolutely no IPC improvement. It's just the clock speed and mysteriously has a better IMC because of silicon quality which makes sense but still officially 5600mhz. What was your findings? 6.3 is very high nice lol

I am a PC gamer only. I expected the same 4K FPS but I am disappointed in actual clock speeds running PC games.I was just going to buy 1 14700KF to overclock to 6200Mhz but I never buy just one anything , so I bought 2 x 14900KF and not impressed at all.I just want the big numbers in PC gaming even though it does not make a difference at all.

But bro according to all the review tests there was only an average of 1 to 3 percent max vs the 13900. I mean 3 percent just isn't worth it for fps. But what it is good for is silicon quality. Better IMC and lower voltage basically the highest quality silicone you can get for an Intel based system.
