oc'ed 5900xt 3dmark scores?

my cousin claims his 5900xt gets 5200 in 3dmarks05, his setup is just xp2100, 1 gig corsair. how is he getting that? when on the hardforum 3dmark thread most are getting 1500ish. hes running the demo of 3dmarks stock settings.

I broke 6k in 03 with a 5900xt. If he gets 5300 in 05 he's only 700 behind my x800pro! :eek:

nah, the XT should score around 1200. the 5800U scored a little over 1k with an aXP 2.6ghz. 5950U gets around 1300

I get around 900-1000 at stock. The people who are not overclocked on the ORB get the same. Same with the people in the 3dmark05 thread.

I change my last statement. ~1200 is way over the top.He is running a 2100+ 1.83ghz? He will probably get ~800

Afaik, 2100+ is 1.73GHz 133fsb and 256k l2.

He is BSing you man. I got in the high 4k in '03 with my deaperately overclocked 5900XT before changing to 6800GT. In '05 definately less than 2000. Much less.
 
Until you see it in person or he gives you an ORB link tell him to take his thumb out of his ass.
 
Not an icecubes chance in hell did he get that score..
Tell him to speak up next time cuz you have too much bullshit stuck in your ears.

Really? I get high 6k in 03 with my 5900xt.
 
I would make him run 3Dmark05 while i was watching before I would belive this. Tell him to post a link to his score or screenshot. Other wise its all BS.
