Lan party in VA?
just was wondering if anyone was having open lan parties in hampton roads, VA? I am currently in norfolk. just tryin to reach out! I don't know many geeks in my area.

Well there is EastCoastLan in Virginia beach every December and June, then there is A bunch of others that I forgot. Google it I am sure there are more.

Check the site regularly for lan updates. June and Dec. events are correct. They are held in the bingo hall ( pembrook)next to the old FX building ( Bill's) for now. a larger venue is in the works. 300+ gamers....ITS GREAT!!!

Before I moved south to FSU, I lived in Emory VA, really close to the East Tennessee LAN. Im not much of a gamer, but I might have to come by when im home.

Trying to host a LAN party this month.
Something around 6-8ish people. 10/100 network. AD domain. no one under 18, beer for all 21+, Hickory Smoke Grill in the back(good flavor, i know, i tested it last night
 , may try womens mud wrestling, but dont hold me to that. games active are War Craft III:Frozen Throne, Unreal Tournament 2K4, Jedi Academy, Medal of Honor.757 VA Beach area.
