Windows Vs Linux For Console Emu
Does anyone have strong opinions or which OS is better for console emu? I am planning on putting an old pIII to use for emu, but I have never really messed with linux emus. Also any recommened emu software would be handy...

It really shouldn't matter too much. It's always good to be comfortable with Linux, so now might be a good time to pick it up.

Console emulation? You mean game console emulation? Legal issues aside—because who really cares about ROM legality? (

yes i meant gaming consoles, it's not illegal to put emu software on your computer - actually using it is a different story
. i had just heard that linux has support for NES controllers, so i thought i was missing something.
