You guys talked me into a QNIX QX2710 Evolution II Matte 60Hz 27.0" Monitor

I know this device is always risky to buy, but it allows me to get better things with my budget

What about driver support?
Will this fit in my Asus Strix 980 Ti or will I need an adapter?
I hear the initial power bricks run hot. What would be a good alternative that won't burn down my apartment?
Is the one in the link the OC-able one?
I hear the stand is wobbly. What would be a good budget stand replacement?

Any additional info would be awesome. Thanks

You're not limited to Korean imports these days unless you want something specific from them, IE, overclocking, specific AG coating (they come in matte, semi-gloss, glossy, and PDC), or other specifics. If all you want is 27" 1440p IPS/PLS/AHVA, there are some budget friendly local options these days.

Monoprice has a 27" 1440p matte w/LG IPS panel for $250 - http://www.monoprice.com/product?c_id=113&cp_id=11307&cs_id=1130703&p_id=13808&seq=1&format=2

Note: Every time I check this site for a recommendation, they've stopped selling one of their monitors. MP now only offers two monitors. If you decide that you want this one, buy it NOW.
