Hey all I just purchased a 4 month old used evga 980 ti sc. The card is great except when using the hdmi port. When running a benchmark or game it will constantly lose video signal for a second.. will go on and off, the display.. goes black and back on etc. I notice if I under clock the card it does not do this or does it much much less. I am using dp port now and no issue at all, even with an overclock on it, dvi port works fine as well. Anyone have this issue before? Will evga allow me to rma it since i am not the original owner (I do have original receipt from newegg for it though.)?

thanks!

You can guest RMA the card as long as it is within 3 years of the manufacture date. Also, if you have a different HDMI cable, and a different HDMI port, to check with I'd see if that fixes it first.

To check if your card falls under that 3 years use http://www.evga.com/support/guestregister.asp
