Fallout 4 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Video Series - Intelligence

Fallout never did it for me. Might give this a go though
 
These videos remind me why I suck so much at Fallout. Will most likely play anyways.
 
These videos are quite well done: The slight gamma shift of the Pip-boy animation from matte painting is perfect. This looks like it was traditionally animated in the '50s.

Not to mention they found the dude who did all those Driver's Ed reels to voice these.

I was going to guess J.K. Simmons, since the voice reminded me of Cave Johnson in Portal 2 , which was him.
