Here we go again. This time, a law student is being charged for crashing a drone into a football stadium. Make your bets on when the next drone crash will happen.

No one was injured in Kentucky when the drone crashed into suite level glass before the game that drew more than 62,000 fans, according to authorities. A military skydiver performing during pregame festivities told authorities the device came within 20 feet (6 meters) of his parachute, police said. The parachutist told police "he had to take emergency evasive maneuvers to avoid contact with the drone," the statement said.

Kid crashes a drone at a football game, nobody is hurt... gets charged.

Government kills innocent civilians during a drone strike, priceless.

There are somethings money can't buy, for everything else, there's the double standard bullshit card.

The government wants only the government to have drones.

The drone didn't kill civilians, the weapons fired from it did.

Lol. "evasive action". What a crock of shit. Someone who can't easily handle something like this doesn't have any business skydiving over a crowded stadium. He was probably a bigger danger to the crowd than the drone.

Still, flying a drone towards a skydiver is a pretty rude thing to do.

Why is it that people have been flying remote control aircraft for decades, no problem. (take a look at what's out there 7-8 foot wingspans, high speed motors, built in cameras 8mm back in the day)

Now we have drones and it just brings out the stupid.

Because any no talent hack can fly a drone. There is NO skill in flying drones, they are virtually automated. Real RC aircraft require a true level of flying skills, and when you get to that level, you know how to be aware of your surroundings. Took me years to get skillful enough to NOT crash my heli when I was still flying.
