About XFX warrenty...

Hello, is there a XFX rep? My XFX black edition 270x died on me...was having shutters and then computer would freeze up.. The product was registered back when I purchased it. I opened a ticket and a rep contacted me and asked me some basic questions...I answered but there has been no further replies since 8/12.

Is there a XFX rep here could help me please.
 
Hey Brody, i apologize for the delay. Our weekend technicians dont normally authorize RMA's as they focus more on Newest tickets. Let me know if you have anything else via Email.
