NikKTech has the Raidmax Vampire RX-1000GH 1000W power supply in house for a little review action today.

We have seen several "affordable" high-end models in the past by many manufacturers but in the end there's always room for more such products aimed at people on a tight budget. Raidmax is mostly known for their towers but they've also ventured into the PSU market and today we're going to test their latest Vampire RX-1000GH 1000W PSU to see whether or not this was the right move by them.
 
They say its OK and only 115 Euro. But there's no reviews recorded by RealHardTech - who only list reputable testers/reviewers. As NiKKTech say - Raidmax does not generally have a good reputation for PSUs. I'd stay clear of them till I see say a glowing review from Jonny Guru.

Pretty inexpensive relative to other Gold Rated 1000 watt PSUs, I picked one up for mining recently.
 
Only $60 after rebate today at Newegg.

I’ve had good success from my first one mining the last couple months

I picked up two more.
