AMD Combo:
AMD Phenom II X3 710, Gigabyte GA-785GM-US2H, 2x2GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2 1066mhz RAM - SOLD
Comes with I/O shield, but no other accessories. CPU, RAM, and HSF are installed on board already and will ship in anti-static bag.
Intel i7 Haswell Combo
Intel i7 4770k, ASRock Z97X Killer, 2x8GB DDR3-1600 Crucial Ballistix 1.35V VLP memory - SOLD
CPU and motherboard come in original boxes with accessories. Stock CPU HSF is included, but it is used (so you need thermal paste). Memory is two of the linked items (bought at same time, but not in a 2x8GB kit). Gotten some questions on OCability. Seems to run at 4.4Ghz at 1.35V prime95 AVX stable using adaptive voltage offset and a turbo OC on all cores. Ran as a daily driver at 4.3Ghz at 1.3V. Currently cooled by a H110. If you want the H110, I can include it for $85
