Zombie Apocalypse Averted: 'Dead Island 2' Delayed to 2016

If we’ve heard it once this year, we’ve heard it a thousand times: We will not release a game before it’s the best it can be. Yager Development is the latest in a long line of developers to announce delays in a game’s release. Dead Island 2 will be released sometime in 2016 after tuning and tweaking. With all of the game developers deferring until 2016 to perfect their games, we should look forward to a truly phenomenal year in gaming.

I bought Dead Island and played it for a couple weeks beating it a couple times. Hated it! Never again!

Well then you should be happy to know this game is made by a completely different developer and has nothing to do with the first. The DI Dev team made dying light which has actually gotten good support surprisingly.
