1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Mainly light sequencing with lighorama, video editing with premier pro, and a little photoshop. The light software is the main focus. It's a 32 bit program that I have patched to use 4GB of ram on my current setup but I'm hoping faster ram and dual SSD's in raid 0 will help with load times. I use it for this..... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8z9Q4qnDQLY

Currently I run an ASUS ROG laptop with an samsung 850 Pro SSD and its getting to be to much for it. For example some of my sequencing files are taking upwards of 3-5 minuets to open and or save. You can see in the pic below the type of software it is with the left monitor running the actual grid based sequencing. The center monitor running affects and the far right monitor giving me a live playback visualization of what the sequence looks like on the lights.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Budget is not a major issue as I will be buying the parts slowly this spring and summer.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.

Chattanooga TN

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
MOBO, CPU, RAM, and GPU.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I already have two intel SSD's 730 series 480 GB and the corsair 750i PSU and a corsair air 540 case.

6) Will you be overclocking?
If needed yes.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Looking at buying 3 27" monitors from microcenter. They are the
LG 27MP35HQ 27" 1080p IPS LED Monitors.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
This spring and summer.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
Raid 0, dual Nic, or single nic and wifi. One nic will be used to output e1.31 to the light controllers.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes I have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

Below is what I'm looking at so far.

Your image link doesn't work by the way.

6) Will you be overclocking?
If needed yes.
It's a yes or no question nowadays where or not you're going to overclock. The ability to overclock will cost you more money.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
This spring and summer.

Generally not the best way to go about buying parts for a PC unless you're 100% up-to-date on hardware pricing and availability. If you were, you wouldn't need to make this thread ;). In general, buy as much of everything in one go or over a period no longer than one month. In addition, only plan no more than one month (preferably 1 to 2 weeks) in advance what parts you're going to get due to the fact that hardware pricing can easily change in as little as three days.

So yeah, you're planning too early and are setting yourself for some risky purchases. Especially considering that Intel's Broadwell CPUs are supposedly due out in Q2 2015.

With that said, in regards to your planned build:

It's not a very good build for the money for the following reason:
1) That motherboard is overkill for what you've written so far. In addition, it's pricing is very bad for what's suppose to be a mainstream motherboard.

2) That RAM is just not worth the money in any way shape or form. You could go with 2 x 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM for $130 less and still get the same percieved performance.

3) Ditch the AS5 as it's outdated now. Go with MX-4 instead.
