WTB: Mini PC/HTPC/USFF box - just a small web browsing machine

I'm looking to buy a small machine that will be used mainly for web browsing, such as a mini pc or even a box that started its life out as a HTPC or a box built around an ultra-small form factor/ultra-compact form factor board.

Just looking for something CHEAP that will do its job as a web browsing machine. Send me a PM with what you have. I'd prefer something newish and not ancient hardware.
