Windows 7 Pro Original with 2 GB Ram. Huge memory issues !!

My system is getting killed with entire Ram usage..
Can someone guide what is wrong.. ?

I have original Windows 7 Pro.
Please check screenshots. Let me know what more details I can add, so can you try your best suggestions.

My guess is some kind of virus. Svchost taking that much memory for no apparent reason should always ring the alarm bells.
 
Could be windows update taking up a lot of ram. Show PID/command line column in task manager, then match it to the PID of windows update from services tab or the svchost with "netsvcs" in the command line. When windows update checks for updates the process can take up a lot of ram.
 
Even easier, use Process Explorer.

When was the last time you did a cold boot?
