Best Laptop in the $200-300 Range?

I'm looking for a laptop in the $200-300 range. It will be used in a gym for ..

Playing and storing audio
Displaying form/technique, workout, etc videos on a TV
Wireless surveillance system
Recording videos
Browsing the Internet

Gaming is not my intent, but I can't help but not want some tiny bit of graphical power. Also a larger hard drive is preferred, but obviously replaceable.

This is the best I have found. Refurbished does not bother me.

A Dell E6520 is relatively powerful and very durable. If you're not afraid to go used on eBay, you can find them under $300. Most of them have been used in a business environment and are usually pretty nice.

I know you are looking for laptop. But a refurbished iPad seems to do the job very well.
