Ubisoft announced on its company blog today that applications are being accepted for the second year of its Ubisoft Graduate Program.

Through this program, aspiring developers have a unique opportunity to enter into a fast-paced workplace where they’ll be able to get plenty of hands-on experience working within an international team. And the best part is, there’s no prior work experience required.

I'd rather not. I don't...wait...scratch that...I DO know where they've been. This makes me want to fuck them even LESS (if such a thing is even possible).
 
Includes such course work as "How to screw over paying customers" and classic lectures like"All customers are thieves".
 
Sounds like they'll fit right in, because by the looks of it, none of Ubisoft's current programming staff have any experience either if 2014 game launches are any indicator.
