Hyper TX + G.Skill Ripjaws X

Can anyone confirm if the CM Hyper TX3 will clear G.Skill Ripjaws X modules?

More specifically with this GA-F2A88XN-WIFI Mobo and This G.Skill ram.

I ask because my friend said he ordered it this morning and he got to second guessing. Any help? Thanks.

that heatsink provides 49mm of clearance. the heat spreaders on the gskill kit are 35mm tall so they should fit fine.
