Epic Games' Fortnite website has been updated with word that alpha invites have been sent out. No invite? That's okay, the company says they will be sending out more at the end of the week.

During this phase of the Alpha we are testing to make sure all of the basic stuff, from the launcher to all the game systems, is working so we can start getting real feedback from real players to help us make the game better. The game is still rough around the edges but we think it can benefit from your input even at this early stage. Check out our FAQ for more information about OT1.

Seems like another hype scam with minimal invites sent out or something else suspicious
 
It's so unusual seeing color in an Epic game these days... There's not nearly enough brown or gray in this game. Did the doctor fix their color-blindness?
