Hi,

which IPS panels with 27" have 2560x1440, a low input lag and fast response times?

ASUS PB278QR ?
Dell UltraSharp U2715H ?
new: ASUS PB278Q

old: ASUS PB278Q <- input lag is bad, > 16 ms
Eizo FlexScan EV2736W <- input lag is bad, > 16 ms
HP Z27i <- input lag is bad, 2 frames
Acer K2 K272HULbmiidp <- input lag is bad, 2 frames

Asus replaced the PB278Q PLS panel with the same AHVA panel as the PB278QR, which is delay free and a bit faster than the other multi-input options along with the LG 27MB85R-B (non-wide gamut) and 27MB85R-Z (wide gamut, not linked in my thread yet. Reviewed by Playerwares). The single input options (Korean monitors from eBay) are also delay free and some can overclock.

More information and review links can be found here.

The Acer K272 suffers from obvious overshoot ghosting and has 2 frames of input lag along with the Z27i. The U2715H has not been tested.

Thank you very much NCX!!

I will test my last 24" IPS and when I am not happy I will order the PB278QR or PB278Q.

I had already 6 IPS 24" 16:10 panels and they had a very bad quality :(
2x Asus PB248Q, 3x U2415 and 1x EV2455 had scratches on the AG coating which you can see when a bright light is behind you!
Now I am testing a Z24i with semi matte coating and hope it has no scrates on the panel.

In the past I never had this issue. This is only on 24" 16:10 IPS Panels. My first 16:9 IPS screen was perfect (FS2434), no scratches but is to small.

This is what I've been waiting for about two years.
The only boxes it doesn't tick are 'glow-free' and 'affordable', but hey. NEED !

I may exchange the AOC I bought and give one of those a go, it looks quite promising @ $550.
