It would be interesting to know what this guy did to screw up a CEO position he held for less than a year. Any bets on the size of the severance package?

In a brief mention as part of a wider statement on Monday, former chief Shaygan Kheradpir stepped down following a review by the board of directors into his conduct. Though few details were given, it was regarding his "conduct in connection with a particular negotiation with a customer."

From the look of things, he was likely trying to convince another company to buy them out.

Really informative article... jeez.

The details aren't made public yet, no one knows. Doesn't sound like he's getting a severance package, he has to pay back more than half of his signing bonus.

Conduct in negotiating with a customer. Hmm for it to be the removal of a CEO it can't just be language or even mild sexual misconduct (like being drunk and inappropriate with a client).

It's negotiating meaning a trade circumstance, and something so significant that there's no support at the board level for him. Dishonesty and corruption is my guess, taking kickbacks or trying to negotiate something for personal gain.

If he's having to pay back signing bonus cash he done screwed the pooch big time.

He had an intern executed for his amusement and forgot to destroy the video.
