Dictator Manuel Noriega's Absurd Lawsuit Against CoD Creator Dismissed

Attention Lindsay Lohan, if this guy's lawsuit got thrown out, you can only imagine how well yours will fare.

I wonder if the courts have released the docs for the case yet. Bliz's website only has their filings and response / replies to the lawsuit not the filing itself . So I am very curious as to how Bliz won the case and what exactly was Noriega's legal team doing... It's strange that the game does use his likeness it's pretty much spot on soooooo how the heck did he loose the case or what did he and his legal team actually sue for.
