T-Mobile Woes (Moving to Different Carrier)

Why don't you just go to a T-Mobile store? It would probably have taken a lot less than 4 hours to take care of.

There isn't one near me.

It's all moot anyways because, even if the hold was not in place, my other carrier (Sprint) apparently would not be able to activate it because it is not in their system because they only track N5's sold direct from Google or direct from themselves.

So pretend this thread never existed, I guess.
