I am not an expert on the subject but I think it's a bad idea to text your probation officer asking "You have some weed?"

An Albany man is going back to prison, after he texted his probation officer while looking to buy marijuana. Alvin Cross Junior plead guilty Monday to possession of cocaine and was sentenced to one year in prison. He was also sentenced to serve another year for violating his probation.

Really, society is probably better off with this guy in jail. He obviously can't take care of himself.
 
I think he was right to expect that his PO probably had access to illegal drugs and that he might have missed out if he didn't try. You never know unless you try right?
 
Well it's certainly a relief this pot smoking menace is off the streets! I know I feel safer.
