The latest UK IP Crime Report reveals that significant progress is being made in the fight against online piracy but still many challenges remain. One of the main problems traces back to U.S. hosting companies, who according to the report give shelter to most of the investigated pirate sites.

I like the 29% 'unknown' Kinda makes me wonder how accurate they are if the have a potential 1/3rd error

The fact russia, south east asia and the middle east aren't even listed shows how flawed their assessment is.

The site owners may appear to be in one country and run in another. You don't have to look too hard to find sites that are run by people in Europe, but are hosted in the U.S.
