Amazon Now Has A Drone Store

Is everything remote controlled a g.d. "drone" now? They used to be called RC copters.
 
I ordered my dad one this weekend (DJI phantom) and saw that at the top of the Amazon page. "Drones" usually have some form of automation built in. I. E. they will return to their launch point on their own, auto hover etc.
 
Sounds more Star Trek Voyager than cooler to me.

If that drone in the picture lets me hang on it and fly me around, then I'm in though.
 
We need a combo drone with maybe a hydrogen or helium blimp covered in solar cells so the drones can stay aloft for hours.

doesn't always work...flyaways can break your heart and wallet.
