Soundblaster Zx Mic not working as described

Hi, can someone help me get my Soundblaster Zx beamforming mic to work as it is advertised to please. People can hear my game in the background and they shouldn't be able to.

I'm running Windows 8 64 bit.

Do you have any other devices that could act as a microphone?

Nope, not a single thing.

Actually I just looked in my recording devices and there awesome bluetooth headphones showing there. But they are practically never connected and have not been connected when trying to chat and game.
