ASRock is 8$ cheaper in my state. Which one of this and why?

I'm using PC for recording gameplay and gaming, video stuff and music/movies.

In my state I'm limited with brands and models,so I'm very limited to one of this 2.

EDIT:

MSI Z97 Gaming 3 is also the same price range.

And Gigabyte Z97 G1 Sniper is about 30$ above all 3.

i have an asrock z87 extreme4, a gigabyte z87x-ud4h, and an msi z97 gaming 7, and i used to own briefly a z97x fatality. overall, asrock is the flimsiest board, pcb thickness wise, but with the most features, dts support, yada yada, as far as budget boards go asrock is a great buy. I was actually disappointed by some of the features lacking in the MSI boards, and would recommend asrock, asus, or gigabyte over the gaming series boards (though they are good whats a gaming board without DTS the gaming surround format?)

I have the Z-97A, im quite happy with it.

The new UEFI design is quite impressive.
