iPad Mini Retina 16GB for $330 shipped

I was just at apple store yesterday and for what I know it's at least $440 out of the Apple store for the exact same thing... Don't know what ppl are thinking buying stuff at the Apple Store without even checking deals on the net

You get warranty from anywhere with Apple. They don't check your receipt. Just by Serial Number.

Normal price for 16GB WIFI is $399 not $440. It's only a deal if it's less than $200.

Don't assume it has a warranty. Check the serial # online:

Find out how easy, how many times you can exchange and who pays shipping for common screen defects like backlight bleed, bad pixels, screen uniformity issues, etc. Or, better yet buy locally with a good exchange policy.

A refurbished unit direct from Apple is $339 for 16GB WIFI and comes with a 1-year warranty.

Costco has started selling Apple products. You only save about $15 over retail, but I think a $40 iTunes card is also included.
